Mémoire Moire des souvenirs (Remembering Memory) is a film about the writer Hélène Cixous (France), inspired by her autobiographical text “Rootprints”, which traces her European/North African Jewish heritage and reflects upon how it has shaped her writing experience. World renowned writers including Jacques Derrida, Marie-Claire Blais and Anne Hébert are interviewed. Shot on location in Morocco, France, Canada and the USA.
